Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you can reach the enchanting old town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in just a two-minute walk.

You will receive a cozy 35 sqm apartment that can accommodate up to four people. With one bedroom and one bathroom, it is ideal for families or small groups looking to explore the historic old town.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a coffee machine with sustainable capsules – for a great start to your day.

Technical amenities have also been considered: Wi-Fi, which is also suitable for video calls, is available. A fan provides refreshment on warmer days. For our younger guests, there is a high chair, and access to the apartment is step-free, making your stay easier.

The outdoor area invites you to relax. Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace or retreat to the beautiful shared garden. It is surrounded by old trees and offers a paradise for children with a playground, including a climbing frame, soccer goals, trampoline, and treehouse, as well as shared toys and books. A shared grill is available for sociable evenings outdoors. The area is known for its rich birdlife, and perhaps you will discover some of the up to 54 observed species.

For your mobility, two shared parking spaces are available directly on the property, and a shared e-charging station is also available. If you wish to travel with your four-legged friend, a pet is welcome for an additional fee.

We value peace and relaxation for all our guests. Therefore, I kindly ask you to observe the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. I live on-site myself, but not in the apartment you have booked, and am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
